Honeycomb vaj huam sib luag, uas tau dhau los ua neeg nyiam nyob rau xyoo tas los no, yog ib hom tshiab ntawm cov khoom siv kho kom zoo nkauj zoo nkauj nrog kev lag luam siab.
Nws yog tsim los ntawm peb cov txheej txheem txheej txheem ntawm" vaj huam sib luag + honeycomb core + hauv qab phaj", thiab yog ua los ntawm ntau yam txheej txheem xws li kub fusion, hydraulic solidification, txias thiab txiav.
Tus" honeycomb core" yog ua los ntawm aluminium foil ntawv. Lub kaw tsis tu ncua hexagons txuas nrog rau tsim cov qauv honeycomb tshwj xeeb. Nws muaj kev ua haujlwm ntawm lub zog siab, lub teeb kev ntxhib los mos, lub suab rwb thaiv tsev thiab rwb thaiv tsev kub, thiab yog thawj zaug siv nyob rau hauv high-tech teb xws li aerospace thiab dag satellites.
Vim lub zog muaj zog ntawm" honeycomb core qauv", nws tau raug tsim thiab sim los ntawm cov cuab yeej technology, thiab tau ua tiav hauv kev kho kom zoo nkauj qab nthab thiab phab ntsa nyob ib ncig ntawm 2018.
Qhov zoo ntawm honeycomb panels
Ntxiv nrog rau qhov zoo ntawm cov qauv ntawm cov tub ntxhais honeycomb nws tus kheej, lub vaj huam sib luag honeycomb muaj siab flatness, tsis yooj yim rau deform, thiab muaj zog xws li waterproof, fireproof, corrosion kuj, thiab lwm yam. Nws yog tsim nyog hais tias nyob rau hauv tag nrho cov txheej txheem ntau lawm, tsis muaj xim los yog kua nplaum siv, thiab lub vaj huam sib luag honeycomb zoo kawg nkaus ntsuab thiab tsis muaj kuab paug.
